Sharing my childhood inspired dish in a Chinese cooking demonstration and sampling at Lonsdale Quayside Market with Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry's Loong Kong Chicken. Based on my first meal I cooked for my family when I was 12 years old,I have recreated this dish with the depth and layers of flavours just as time has done in my life. This dish can be cooked on an induction cooktop, in a wok, a Dutch oven, saucepan or even an instant pot. An easy family favourite, my Soy Sauce Braised Chicken with Shiitake Mushrooms.
