Chef Regina Lee
As a mother of two school-age kids, I understand the challenge of a modern family, balancing constant time pressure, searching for convenience, while ensuring proper nourishment and helping develop healthy eating habits. I am passionate about making a difference in my community through food and education. I want to help people establish a better relationship with food and diet through healthy cooking.
I have a dual diploma in Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA). I am a lifelong student of holistic wellness and health with training from Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, USA. I believe in traditional values of eating naturally with whole foods and using the best ingredients.
