Gaia is founded and operated by Kayan Hamadeh, a Personal Chef based in Vancouver. It was created to celebrate all things food with soul nourishing offerings, including chef-prepared local meal delivery, intimate dining experiences and Supper Club Pop-Ups. Our mission is to provide high quality, healthy, crave-able and delicious food that is sourced locally and seasonally whenever possible.

Weekly rotating menu
Select your favourite meals from our weekly rotating menu that is released every Sunday evening for delivery on the following Sunday. Orders close on Fridays at 10pmPST.

The word “Gaia” comes from ancient Greek mythology, where it represents the Goddess of earth, life, and the deep connection between all living things. Gaia is often thought of as the Mother Earth, a symbol of nourishment, harmony, and the natural world itself.
